Cypriot Property Services is a professional property management company with over 20 years experience in the property management business. Having been cleaning and managing property in the UK and now brought their services to Paphos, Cyprus, where they currently manage over 60 properties in the Paphos district.

Cypriot Property Services is family run company, established by Chris & Kate Whiteley.
Whilst living in the UK, Chris & Kate had bought a property in Peyia, Cyprus a few years prior to moving to the island. They wanted to ensure their treasured investment was looked after, well kept and maintained, not only for their own peace of mind, but especially for the comfort of their paying guests! So they employed the services of a local property management company to look after their villa.
Now, a few years later having emigrated and very much settled in Paphos, Cyprus, have established ‘Cypriot Property Services’, through a combination of their vast knowledge in the cleaning and hospitality industry, coupled with their own personal experience of owning a property in Cyprus whilst living abroad, Chris and Kate can offer an unrivaled service, catering for all aspects of maintaining your Cypriot property.
During January 2012, Nick, Sonja and Carrie from Nicks Maintenance Services joined forces with Cypriot Property Services and together, now have more skills and are better placed to offer unrivaled service to their clients and home owners in Paphos.
