 Cypriot Property Services offer a thorough cleaning and laundry services to holiday homes owners, private residences and offices in the Paphos district of Cyprus. Our services can be arranged as and when required, once off or on a regular basis.
It’s more than just cleaning! Please read below to see what our service includes along with a guide to the typical changeover costs for your holiday let property in Cyprus:
A changeover service for holiday homes is made up of a complete arrival/departure clean, beds stripped and remade, all bedding, towels and bath mats laundered, an inventory checked for damages or breakage’s, electrical appliances and lights bulbs checked.
1 bedroom apartment from €55 per clean / changeover
2 bedroom apartment from €65 per clean / changeover
3 bedroom apartment from €75 per clean / changeover
2 bedroom villa from €75 per clean / changeover
3 bedroom villa from €95 per clean / changeover
4 bedroom villa from €120 per clean / changeover
We also offer a mid-stay laundry change and clean, where the price will be the same as above.
For the laundry change / linen only the prices will be:
1 bedroom apartment from €20 per visit
2 bedroom apartment from €25 per visit
3 bedroom apartment from €35 per visit
2 bedroom villa from €25 per visit
3 bedroom villa from €35 per visit
4 bedroom villa from €45 per visit
We also offer a pre season clean. This ‘deep clean’ service is like a major spring clean and includes: Pulling out all large appliances, washing machines, tumble dryers, fridges, freezers and dishwashers and cleaning behind them, clean inside of cookers, fridges and defrosting the freezer, empty all cupboards, move all sofas and tables, move all beds and bedside tables. The prices will be;

2 bedroom apartment from €97.50
3 bedroom apartment from €112.50
2 bedroom villa from €112.50
3 bedroom villa from €135.00
4 bedroom villa from €157.50
