 Natural stone – when it comes to marbles and granites we can clean chemically, re-polish them by process of re-crystallisation of the surface and should they be badly scratched then they can be re-polished by diamond grinding. In all cases where we are called in and whether it is simply to clean, re-polish or re-furbish the stone then we always complete the process by re-sealing the stone using our own proprietary product. We can clean and re-polish Marble or limestone floors, wall tiles, vanity units, granite floor, walls/columns and work tops. After the completion of the work we always provide a care and maintenance program for you to follow, which then means your stone retains its natural brilliance longer and reduces your maintenance costs. Carpet & furniture – the maintenance of your commercial carpet and fabrics on the furniture should be continually vacuumed and stains removed promptly. It is also very important that a carpet cleaning professional is scheduled in to undertake routine maintenance on a regular basis. Commercial carpets and fabrics are easy to restore if they are regularly maintained. Scheduling a one off deep clean after long periods of neglect will not help the life of the carpet or fabric. A CPS technician will review your floor plan and traffic area to develop a customised carpet and upholstery programme to keep your carpet and fabric in a good condition and at the same time increasing the life of it. We would always co-ordinate with you so that this would not interfere during normal working hours. Kitchen – A program for deep cleaning the kitchen on a regular basis would also be put in place.- Window cleaning – We would look to put a regular program in place to ensure the windows are always looking clean. We also have a product that can be put onto the higher windows to ensure that they would not need to be cleaned for up to two, or possibly three years.
