 Cypriot Property Services offer a monthly management service, where we will visit your villa, townhouse or apartment once a month and carry out a thorough check list.
Our regular inspection of your property in Paphos includes;
- General electric’s
- Plumbing and waste system
- Appliances
- Windows
- Locks and general security
- Gardens
- Bins
- Outdoor items
- Empty the post box
- Clear any surface water drains.
- Flush the toilets & air the property
Monthly management starts from €30 plus vat, per month.
For an extra charge of €20 plus vat, we will also; attend deliveries by arrangement and manage payments for local rates and utilities – this ensures uninterrupted service and avoids any reconnections fees or inconvenience to the occupants.
