MONTHLY MANAGEMENT
Cypriot Property Services offer a monthly management service, where we will visit your villa, townhouse or apartment once a month and carry out a thorough check list including; the general electric’s, plumbing and waste system, appliances, windows, locks and general security. We will also check the gardens, bins, outdoor items, empty the post box and clear any surface water drains. Monthly management starts from €30 plus vat, per month.
For an extra charge of €20 plus vat, we will also; attend deliveries by arrangement and manage payments for local rates and utilities – this ensures uninterrupted service and avoids any reconnections fees or inconvenience to the occupants.
FIRE PACKS
Every holiday home, especially holiday let property should contain a ‘fire pack’ of fire blanket and fire extinguisher. These are supplied and installed in your property.
From €110 plus vat.
WINDOW LOCKS
Extra security and peace of mind if your home is unoccupied for any period of time. Window locks can be fitted to almost any door and window in your property from €15 plus vat.
KEY SAFES
 The easiest method for allowing access to your property! Secure coded key boxes / key safes which we supply and fit to your property.
From €67 plus vat.
WELCOME BOOK
Our ‘welcome book’ gives all our contact numbers to the occupant of the property, local emergency services, places of interest, general information regarding electricity, water, insects along with the do’s & dont’s in Cyprus. These are available from €15 plus vat. * Provided free of charge if you sign up for our monthly management service.
INVENTORY
 We can prepare a list for the entire contents of your apartment, townhouse or villa in Paphos, Cyprus, a thorough list of furniture, effects, fixtures and fittings in your property. Essential if you are renting your property for holidays or long term – protecting your belongings and investment. This document can be used as a ‘checklist’ when guests or tenants vacate. MEET AND GREET
If you would like us to ‘meet & greet’ your guest we will be more than happy to do this. We will arrange to meet your guest at the villa / apartment and show them around, supply them with a key (if this is needed), answer any questions that they may have and also arrange to meet them again on their departure (and collect any keys where required). The cost for this service is €25 plus vat per visit.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS
 If you require a transfer from Paphos International Airport or Larnaca International Airport to anywhere on the island, by private taxi we can organize everything for you. You, or your guests will be met in arrivals at the airport where our licensed taxi drivers will have a sign with your / their name on, then escorted direct to your accommodation. All we need to know is the flight details (flight number, airports, landing time), address where you are staying or visiting, how many people and if you require any return journey.

Fresh produce delivered to your property prior to your / your guests arrival.
CAR HIRE IN CYPRUS
 We can arrange car hire for you, to be met at the airport or have a car delivered to the villa/apartment. All we need to know is: the start date & end date, what type of vehicle you would like, do you need child seats (if so how many) and where you would like your vehicle to be delivered to.

KEY HOLDING
 Spare keys to your property can be held securely for as little as €10 plus vat per month, in case of the unfortunate happening… Always know someone is available with a second key your property and on call. Just think, it’s cheaper than a locksmith drilling out and replacing your lock!

BABY EQUIPMENT
 Having travelled with babies and young children ourselves, we have experienced the problems that can arise and know all the essential equipment that is needed. We have available for hire: Travel cots, High Chairs and Sterilizers. Many other items such as toys are also available. Prices start from just €17 plus vat per item, per week. Please book early to guarantee availability. Also, if you require more than one item at a time, or for longer than one week at a time then please contact us for a quote.
We can also arrange to purchase other essentials such as nappies, wipes and food, to save on the luggage allowance, delivered and ready for your (or your guests) arrival. Another small service, or personal touch which makes your holiday that bit easier.
CALL OUTS
If for any reason you need us to go to your villa / apartment their will be a call out charge, this will also include the first hour of any work that is needed to be carried out. Price is €35 plus vat.
PROPERTY FURNISHING
 Whether you already own an apartment or villa in Cyprus and have already furnished it, we can help with supplying any item that may need replacing or if you are buying off plan and need assistance in furnishing we can arrange to completely furnish it, including soft furnishings, curtains, sheets, bed spreads etc, or white goods and crockery, cutlery etc. All our contacts are reliable and competitive.
SNAGGING
 Having a property built in Cyprus? We can monitor the progress for you, reporting back to you with photos & comments. Due to take delivery / possession of your new home in Cyprus? We can carry out the general ‘snagging’ for you, ensuring the finishes meet those expected, check any extras you have agreed to are indeed present and correct. Prices vary depending on size and location, please contact us to discuss your requirements for a quote.
GARDENING AND LANDSCAPING
 We can keep your garden well maintained all year round, keeping it carefully pruned, weeded and free from rubbish and mess. No more overgrown or un-kept bushes, shrubs or flower beds – avoiding any large expenses down the road. Likewise we can arrange to fully landscape the garden for your new property in Cyprus, please contact us with the size and any ideas or requirements you have. Our maintenance team are experienced in checking, improving and installing automatic watering systems (irrigation).
We are happy to attend to all your requirements on a weekly, monthly or ‘as and when required’ basis. Prices start from €10 plus vat per hour.
WINDOW CLEANING
 Cyprus is a dusty country, with the little rain and Coptic storms we see your windows can soon get covered in sand, dust, mud etc. Naturally this detracts from the appearance of your property, restricts any views and amount of light inside. We can clean the windows in your property on the inside only… outside only… inside and out… weekly… monthly… or, as and when required…
Prices will vary depending on the frequency you would like and how many windows / patio doors there are on your property. Please contact us for a quote.
GENERAL MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS
 We can take care of most general maintenance issues and repairs to your Cypriot property, such as; painting & decorating, plumbing, carpentry, drainage, patios, decking, etc. Beyond our own in-house team, we have a great relationship with local specialist for any electrical works, also air conditioning engineers who are all qualified, trustworthy and reliable.
