December 2010 - CPS can now offer a wider range of in-house services to their clients and help with holiday rentals! We are now running the letting website www.hestia-holidays.com - a great facility for apartment & villa owners, where holiday makers can view their property online, check the live calendars and book safely online. We’re delighted to be expanding the business further with this great asset for our clients.
January 2009 - CPS was approached to take over the properties managed and run by ‘Assurance Property Management’, as the previous owner was leaving Cyprus. We are now offering an increased number of services to those property owners.
October 2008 - CPS merged seamlessly with ‘Finishing Touch’, an established property management business in Paphos. Due to health reasons the previous owner couldn’t continue with the business. We genuinely feel confident every client has been delighted with our services since the merger and hope to continue caring for their properties for a number of years to come.
